Coach Stutzman

Neil ‘Stutz’ Stutzman is a graduate and former collegiate basketball player from College of Idaho. Neil played for four years before he went on to be a graduate assistant. 

 

Neil started his coaching career at Weiser High School in 2007. In 2010, Stutz took over as Varsity Head Coach and led the Wolverines to a state runner up and third place finish. Stutz was selected as coach of the year in the Snake River Valley Conference for three consecutive years. 

 

In 2013, Coach Stutzman was named head girls coach at Vallivue High School for three years before the opening of the new basketball program at Ridgevue High School.  Stutz was the Varsity coach at Ridgeview from 2016-2019.  After coaching for 12 years, Neil accepted a position as the assistant athletic director at Ridgevue High School where he is also a physical education and health teacher.  

 

Neil has been coaching youth basketball and soccer for the last 8 years.

 

Neil is married to Fran Stutzman and they have four kids.
